1. Cancelling physical-product orders before dispatch

You may cancel an order for a physical product by contacting us here at least 24 hours before the order is dispatched. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will refund the purchase price and any standard delivery charge to the original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled under this pre-dispatch procedure. You may still have rights under our Returns Policy, including statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

2. Digital products

Digital products, including downloadable sheet music and digital files, are normally delivered immediately after checkout. Because digital files cannot be verifiably returned or deleted after delivery, digital purchases cannot normally be cancelled or refunded once the file has been delivered or made available for download.

3. Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will issue it to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will not charge a fee for processing a refund required by law.

4. How to request cancellation

To request cancellation, use the Contact form and select the option Order Cancellation (EU only) quoting your order number in the subject line.
